    Achievements:
  • Advanced the overall quality of strategic thinking and applied technology. Establish the direction for the entire line of online services, products, and programs.
  • Create a comprehensive RFP for Web development and hosting that led to a savings of $70k per year in hosting fees and saved over 1 million in development costs.
  • Project leader for the integration of The DMA Web site and its central Oracle database/Timss management package. This included significant business process redesign leading to improved productivity and quality.
  • Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with multiple content and technological partners.
  • Wrote product specifications multiple database driven applications. This included scoping the projects, communicating with affected departments and the development team, and managing these projects from inception through completion.
